Frequently Asked Questions
Your Registration Number and password are issued directly by the administration office of your enrolled campus (Peshawar, Islamabad, or Online). If you are a new student, please check your registration confirmation email or visit the campus coordinator office.
Please make sure you have selected the correct Campus on the login screen (Peshawar, Islamabad, or Online). Each campus uses an independent server batch. Also, ensure there are no trailing spaces in your Registration Number.
Go to your Dashboard, tap on “My Lectures”, and choose your active course. If you belong to the Online campus batch, you will also see links to join live online classes. If no lectures are visible, make sure you are currently enrolled in that program.
Tap the “DMC” card on your Dashboard. Select the semester or term you want to download. Your certificate will be generated and saved to your device as a PDF file. Make sure you grant the app storage permissions when prompted.
Navigate to “Assignments” on the Dashboard. Select your active assignment, click “Upload Submission”, and pick a PDF or image file from your device. You will receive a green confirmation toast when the upload is complete.
Attendance logs are synchronized directly with your campus database. Please contact your subject teacher or program coordinator to submit a correction request.
